A workspace is the primary area within the platform where you manage your company’s activities, projects, and teams. Creating a workspace is one of the first steps after signing up for an account. Once created, you can customize it with specific settings, invite team members, and assign roles and permissions.

A workspace acts as a container for all your projects, campaigns, audience segments, or other business activities. Each workspace can be tailored to meet the needs of different departments, teams, or projects, offering a focused environment to manage everything efficiently.


Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Workspace

Step 1: Sign In to the Platform

  1. Navigate to the login page and enter your email and password.

  2. Click Sign In to access the platform.

  1. Once logged in, Click on Open Blend Portal to open the workspace management page.

  1. Click the Plus Button to create new workspace.

Step 4: Fill in Workspace Details

Follow these steps to create your first workspace:

  1. Fill Workspace Name Enter a workspace name that represents your project or business. This will help you easily manage and identify your workspace.

1. Can I create more than one workspace?

  • Yes, you can create multiple workspaces to manage different teams, projects, or departments. Each workspace will be treated as a separate entity within the platform.

2. What if I named the workspace incorrectly?

  • You can always rename a workspace by going to the Workspace Settings page and editing the Workspace Name field.

3. How do I delete a workspace?

  • To delete a workspace, go to the Settings tab in that workspace and click Delete Workspace. Please note that this action is permanent, and all data within the workspace will be lost.
