### Introduction

A **workspace** is the primary area within the platform where you manage your company’s activities, projects, and teams. Creating a workspace is one of the first steps after signing up for an account. Once created, you can customize it with specific settings, invite team members, and assign roles and permissions.

### What Is a Workspace?

A workspace acts as a **container** for all your projects, campaigns, audience segments, or other business activities. Each workspace can be tailored to meet the needs of different departments, teams, or projects, offering a focused environment to manage everything efficiently.
