Reporting and Analytics Dashboard Guide

The Analytics Dashboard provides a detailed overview of your WhatsApp messaging performance. Use this guide to explore its features and optimize your campaigns effectively.


1. Filtering Data by Date

Step 1: Access the Analytics Dashboard

  • Navigate to the Analytics Dashboard from your main menu.

Step 2: Use the Date Filter

  • At the top of the dashboard, use the date filter to select a specific time range.

  • This feature helps you focus on the data for a particular period, making it easier to analyze trends and performance.

2. Viewing Overall Data

Step 1: Key Metrics Cards

  • Below the date filter, you’ll see cards showing key metrics:

    • Messages Sent: Total number of messages sent during the selected period.

    • Messages Delivered: Number of messages successfully delivered.

    • Messages Read: Count of messages opened and read by recipients.

    • Messages Failed: Number of messages that failed to send.

Step 2: Line Graph View

  • A line graph below the metrics cards visualizes these key metrics over time.

  • This graph helps you identify trends and patterns in your messaging activity.

3. Analyzing Engagement Time Data

Step 1: Message Read by Hour of the Day

  • Scroll down to the Message Read by Hour of the Day section.

  • This bar graph shows the distribution of message reads across different hours, helping you identify the most effective times to send messages.

Step 2: Message Read by Day of the Week

  • In the Message Read by Day of the Week section, you can view which days have the highest engagement.

  • This insight helps you optimize your campaigns for specific days.


Failed Reason Table

4. Viewing Failed Send Reasons

Step 1: Access the Failed Send Reasons Table

  • At the bottom of the dashboard, locate the Failed Send Reasons table.

  • This table helps you diagnose issues with undelivered messages.

Step 2: Understand the Table Columns

The table includes the following details:

  • Phone Number: Recipient’s phone number where the message failed.

  • Error Name: A short description of the error type.

  • Error Description: A detailed explanation of why the message failed.


5. Downloading the Report

Step 1: Download Report

  • Click the Download Report button at the top of the dashboard.

  • This generates a detailed report of the filtered data, including all metrics and insights.


By leveraging the Analytics Dashboard, you can:

  • Monitor messaging performance.

  • Identify optimal engagement times.

  • Address issues with failed messages.

  • Download comprehensive reports for further analysis.
