Campaign Builder Guide
The Campaign Builder enables you to create and manage marketing campaigns that deliver personalized WhatsApp push notifications using predefined segments and templates. Follow these steps to build and launch successful campaigns.

1. Building a Campaign
Step 1: Access the Campaign Builder
Navigate to the Campaign Builder section in your dashboard.
Click "Create Campaign" to get started.

2. Enter Campaign Details
Step 2: Enter Campaign Name
Provide a descriptive name for your campaign.
This name will help you identify and manage it later.

3. Select Audience or Segments
Step 1: Choose Your Audience
Select user segments to target, such as groups based on demographics, behavior, or interests.

4. Select Templates
Step 1: Choose a WhatsApp Template
Pick a template from your existing library.
Templates can include:
Text
Images
Videos
Documents
Dynamic buttons
Step 2: Review Template Content
Ensure the selected template aligns with your campaign’s objectives and audience.

5. Personalization
Step 1: Personalize Template Content
Customize the message with dynamic elements using attributes set in the Profile Properties menu. Attributes may include:
{firstName}
{lastName}
{discountAmount}, etc.
Personalization Options:
Value-Based Personalization
The value inserted corresponds to user data defined in their profile properties.
Example: For the attribute
{firstName}, if the user’s name is "John," the message will display "John."
Default or Fallback Values
If a user attribute is missing, you can set a default value to avoid gaps.
Example: For
{firstName}:If the attribute exists: "Hi, John!"
If the attribute is missing: "Hi, there!" (default value: "there").
You can either choose to set a default or leave it blank to rely on a system-wide default value.
Dynamic Elements
Images: Add relevant visuals tailored to the audience.
Videos: Embed videos for added engagement.
Documents: Attach files such as brochures or guides.
Location: Include addresses if necessary.
Dynamic Buttons: Add call-to-action buttons (e.g., "Visit Our Website," "Copy Code").
Step 2: Preview Personalization
Review the personalized content to ensure the values and fallback settings are applied correctly.

6. Summary and Test Send
Step 1: Review Campaign Summary
Verify all campaign details, including:
Campaign name
Audience
Template
Personalization
Step 2: Send Test Message
Send a test message to check if all elements (personalization, media, buttons) function as intended.
Make necessary adjustments based on test results.
Step 3: Schedule or Send Now
Choose one of the following:
Send Immediately: Deliver the campaign right away.
Schedule: Set a specific time for delivery.
Confirm your choice to finalize the campaign.
By following these steps, you can create and launch a WhatsApp message campaign that is personalized, targeted, and timely.
