Template Page Guide

The Template Page allows you to view and manage templates imported from Facebook Business Manager (FBM). These templates are used to create personalized and impactful WhatsApp campaigns. Follow this guide to understand and utilize the features of the Template Page effectively.


Template Page

1. Template Table Overview

The Template Page features a table displaying all templates created in FBM. The table includes the following columns:

  • Name: The name of the template.

  • Description: A brief description of the template's purpose or content.

  • Language: The language of the template (e.g., en_US, id).

  • Status: The approval status of the template (e.g., Approved, Pending, Rejected).

  • Preview Button: Allows you to view the template’s message content.


2. Table Features

Filter by Status

  • Use the status filter to narrow down the templates based on their approval status.

    • Options include:

      • Approved

      • Pending

      • Rejected

  • Use the search bar to quickly locate templates by entering keywords from the template name or description.

Pagination

  • Navigate through the templates using pagination controls at the bottom of the table.

  • Adjust the number of templates displayed per page as needed.

Sorting

  • Click on column headers (e.g., Name, Language, Status) to sort the data in ascending or descending order.

Refresh Button

  • Click the Refresh button to reload the table and ensure you’re viewing the most up-to-date data.

3. Viewing Template Previews

Step 1: Locate the Preview Button

  • Each template row has a Preview button in the rightmost column.

Step 2: Click to View the Preview

  • Click the Preview button to open a pop-up or side panel displaying the message content of the template.

  • The preview includes:

    • Message Body: The text content of the template.

    • Media (if applicable): Any images, videos, or documents included in the template.

    • Dynamic Elements: Visual representation of variables (e.g., {firstName}, {orderNumber}).


Tips for Managing Templates

  • Regularly refresh the table to sync new templates created in FBM.

  • Use filters and search to quickly find specific templates for campaigns.

  • Preview templates before using them in campaigns to ensure content accuracy and compliance.

By utilizing these features, you can efficiently manage your templates and create effective WhatsApp campaigns.
