Segment Dashboard Guide
The Segment Dashboard is a powerful tool for managing and creating user segments, enabling targeted campaigns and better audience insights. Follow the steps below to make the most of this feature.
1. Viewing and Creating Segments
Viewing the Segment Dashboard

Step 1: Access the Dashboard Navigate to the Segment Dashboard in your application.
Step 2: Understand the Segments Table The table on the dashboard displays:
Segment Name: The name of each segment.
Members: The number of users in the segment.
Created Date: The date the segment was created.
Creating a New Segment

Step 1: Download the CSV Template
Click the "Download CSV Template" button to download a pre-formatted file that serves as a guide for preparing your segment data.
Step 2: Populate the CSV Template
Open the file and input the necessary user data, ensuring the format matches the template.
Include attributes such as name, email, and phone number for segmentation.
Step 3: Upload the Segment
Return to the Segment Dashboard.
Click "Upload Segment" and select your completed CSV file.
Step 4: Input Segment Name
After uploading the file, enter a unique name for the segment to identify it in the dashboard.
Step 5: Confirm Creation
Once named, confirm the creation.
The new segment will appear in the Segments Table with its name, member count, and creation date.
2. Viewing Segment Details

Step 1: Select a Segment
In the Segments Table, click on the name of the segment you want to view.
Step 2: Explore Segment Details
The detail page shows all profiles within the segment, including attributes like:
Name
Email
Phone number
Other relevant data
By following these steps, you can seamlessly create, upload, and manage user segments, enhancing your campaign targeting and audience insights.
